Privacy
Privacy policy
Log Dejargonizer is a set of static pages. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and nothing to log in to.
What we collect
No personal information is collected directly. There is no contact form, no comment system, and no account. If you email us, we have your email address and whatever you chose to put in the message, and we use it only to reply.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies of its own. Third-party services described below may set their own — where they do, that is stated.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes requests to serve pages and keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, for security and abuse prevention. See Cloudflare's own privacy documentation for what they retain and for how long.
Fonts
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when you load a page. Google receives your IP address as part of that request. Google Fonts does not set cookies.
Analytics
Aggregate, privacy-preserving analytics may be used to understand which pages are read. Any analytics used here is cookieless and does not track individuals across sites or build a profile of you.
Advertising
This site may display advertising in future. If and when it does, this policy will be updated first to name the advertising provider and describe what it collects, and visitors in regions that require consent will be asked for it before any advertising cookies are set.
External links
Entries link out to vendor documentation and to the MITRE ATT&CK knowledge base. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we have no control over them.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data beyond email you have chosen to send us, there is normally nothing to access, correct, or erase. If you have emailed us and would like that correspondence deleted, ask and it will be.
Changes
This policy will be updated when the site changes in a way that affects it, and the date below will change with it.
